Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000, commensurate with experience
We’re seeking a junior to mid-level associate with experience in asbestos litigation to join a litigation boutique. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling depositions and producing clear, detailed work product in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct depositions throughout New York and New Jersey
- Draft occasional motions and supporting documents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cases progress efficiently
- Licensed in both New York and New Jersey
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
, ideally with asbestos matters - Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
