Intellectual Property Litigation (Patent) Associate

O’Melveny’s Intellectual Property & Technology practice group is looking for outstanding junior- to mid-level patent litigation lawyers with experience before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Preferred educational background includes undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, science, physics, or an equivalent degree. An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required.

The salary range in New York for this role is $225,000 - $365,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
