- Active license to practice law in NY
- USPTO registration
- 2-6 years of trademark and design patent experience
- Manage trademark and design patent portfolios for a significant client base including client counseling
- Trademark searching, clearance, drafting and filing, prosecution, licensing, agreement drafting, and due diligence assessments
- Design patent searching, clearance, drafting and filing, prosecution, licensing, and due diligence assessments
- Keep informed of the intersection of AI and IP, specifically trademarks and design patents
