LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
This position is hybrid - 3 days in office with flexibility.
Responsibilities- Assisting with complex litigation matters
- Filing with various arbitration institutions including AAA, JAMS, and NAM
- Filing in state and federal courts
- Handling trial preparation and discovery
- Cite-checking and blue booking
- Editing and proofreading documents
- Conducting legal research
- 5+ years of complex litigation experience including arbitration experience
- Knowledge of electronic filing in State and Federal courts
- Knowledge of filing with arbitration institutions
- Proficiency in Relativity, Concordance, Word, Excel, and Filesite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work overtime, as needed, including evenings and weekends
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 per year depending on experience.
