Location: New York

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

This position is hybrid - 3 days in office with flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with complex litigation matters
  • Filing with various arbitration institutions including AAA, JAMS, and NAM
  • Filing in state and federal courts
  • Handling trial preparation and discovery
  • Cite-checking and blue booking
  • Editing and proofreading documents
  • Conducting legal research
Requirements
  • 5+ years of complex litigation experience including arbitration experience
  • Knowledge of electronic filing in State and Federal courts
  • Knowledge of filing with arbitration institutions
  • Proficiency in Relativity, Concordance, Word, Excel, and Filesite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work overtime, as needed, including evenings and weekends

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 per year depending on experience.
