Litigation Paralegal - Premier Firm

Our client, a premier New York City law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Landlord‑Tenant team.

This role will begin on a temporary basis, with the strong expectation of converting to a permanent position.

In this role, you will work closely with attorneys on all aspects of landlord‑tenant litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, warrants and related court filings, as well as preparing and filing documents in state courts, housing courts and administrative agencies. You will review and analyze leases, notices and other real estate documents; manage case files and deadlines; coordinate service of process; and assist with hearing and trial preparation.

Staying current on changes in landlord‑tenant laws and regulations will be an important part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have litigation paralegal experience
, preferably in landlord‑tenant law, with strong knowledge of housing court procedures, eviction processes and lease agreements.
