Alaw firm in Brooklyn, NYis seeking an experienced Legal Secretary / Paralega
l with a strong background in transactional work. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling dictation, document preparation, and administrative support in a legal environment.

• Provide administrative and paralegal support for transactional legal matters
• Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and agreements
• Manage dictation and transcriptions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized case files and ensure accurate document tracking
• Assist with scheduling, client communication, and office coordination
• Support attorneys with research, filings, and documentation as needed
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Professionalism, discretion, and reliability

• Prior experience as a legal secretary or paralegal (required)
• Transactional law experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with dictation tools
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with legal document formatting
