Our client is seeking a Counsel‑level Real Estate Attorney to join its highly regarded Real Estate Department in New York. • Advise clients on complex commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Negotiate and structure acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
• Manage transactions across a variety of asset classes, including office, retail, and mixed‑use properties.
• Lead deal negotiations and coordinate with counter parties, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Draft and review transactional documents with precision and commercial awareness.
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic, business‑focused advice.
• Take ownership of matters and manage transactions independently.

• 8+ years of experience advising on complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong background in negotiating and closing deals across multiple asset classes.
• Excellent drafting and transactional skills.
• Demonstrated business judgment and commercial acumen.

• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
