Litigation Associate

Our client’s New York office is seeking a 3rd or 4th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its dynamic and growing team. • Manage substantive aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in court appearances.
• Engage directly with clients and assist in developing case strategy.
• Collaborate within lean, high‑performing teams on complex and high‑stakes disputes.
• Contribute to strategic planning across all phases of litigation.

• 3–4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Admission to the New York State Bar is required;
  New Jersey admission is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated experience drafting substantive motions and managing discovery.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• A proactive mindset with the desire to work in lean teams and take on significant responsibility.
• Interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
