Paralegal

National law firm is hiring a Real Estate Paralegal to join its midtown Manhattan team.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and self-motivated professional with:

• A Paralegal Certificate, preferred
• 7+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
• Large law firm experience, required
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from intake through closing
• Maintain case files, perform due diligence, title and survey review, UCC searches, prepare closing checklists and binders, and track deadlines
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

• Salary: $100K - $155K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience plus annual discretionary bonus
