Litigation Paralegal

A distinguished litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic team of trial attorneys. This is a temporary role that offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high‑impact cases while working alongside seasoned litigators in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on motion practice. We’re seeking an experienced Motions Paralegal who can thrive under pressure and deliver precise, timely work.

• You have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
  , including e‑filing in New York courts
• Familiar with NY collections processes and terminology
• Proficient in NYCEF and EDDS platforms
• Skilled in drafting, assembling, and submitting motions electronically

• Prepare and file high‑volume motions for default judgments
• Manage e‑filing through NYCEF and EDDS systems
• Coordinate and obtain client e‑signatures for required documents
• Utilize Simplicity Collect for document generation and Net Docs for document management

• Motions are drafted accurately and filed on time
• E‑filing processes run smoothly with minimal errors
• Client signatures are secured promptly to avoid delays

Pay Range: $35-40 per hour
