This is an amazing opportunity for a Paralegal in Employment Law who is ready for the next step in their career to be a true Project Manager. You will be responsible for:
- Managing HR/Employment legal projects, timelines and deliverables
- Drafting and maintaining agreements, policies and compliance documents
- Preparing and coordinating agency filings (EEOC, NLRB, DOL, etc)
- Support HR with investigations, audits and compliance initiatives
- Oversee document collection and coordinate with outside counsel
- 5 years of experience as a Paralegal - in Labor & Employment Law
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
This role is fully onsite in midtown, and will pay to 110k plus benefits.
