Responsibilitiesand practice
Dentons US LLP is seeking a staff associate with excellent academic credentials and at least two years of litigation experience to join our Employment & Labor practice group in our New York office. The person hired for this position will work collaboratively with partners and be a key member of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Handling litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a focus on website accessibility
- Working with the team to provide guidance to clients on ADA accessibility compliance
- Conducting legal research and writing
- Supporting the team by performing work on employment & labor and litigation matters as needed

Pursuant to New York law, the salary range for this position in New York City is $160,000 to $190,000, based on experience. Dentons US LLP offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses.

- Has strong critical thinking, judgment, and acceptance of responsibility
- Two or more years of litigation experience is required
- ADA accessibility law experience is a plus
- Candidates should be tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
- Must be licensed to practice law in New York and be in good standing
- Candidates must be registered with New York Federal Courts
