Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Senior Paralegal (Structured Credit) for a hybrid, temp-to-hire opportunity with a global law firm in New York, NY.
This position supports the firm's Structured Credit practice.
Qualifications- 7+ years of paralegal and transactional experience.
- Strong background supporting complex structured finance matters.
- Proficiency with document management systems, transactional software tools, and legal billing processes.
- Resume in Word or PDF format required for application.
Support the Structured Credit practice by assisting with document preparation, transaction management, and billing activities as needed.
