Real Estate Associate

We’re looking for a Real Estate Attorney with experience in land use, zoning, and related real estate matters to join a growing firm working on sophisticated real estate and development projects across New York.

• Advise on land use, zoning, and entitlement issues
• Interpret zoning codes, municipal regulations, and land use policies
• Support real estate transactions, development projects, and due diligence
• Draft and review real estate and land use–related agreements and filings
• Interact with municipal agencies, zoning boards, and planning authorities
• Provide practical, business-minded legal guidance to clients and internal teams

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active admission in New York (in good standing)
• 3+ years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate law, or a related practice
• Working knowledge of New York zoning and land use regulations
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate cross-functionally

• Experience with development or entitlement projects
• Exposure to commercial real estate transactions
• Familiarity with municipal or regulatory approval processes

Salary commensurate based on experience.
