Cerchione Hurowitz Law Group LLP, one of New York City's leading personal injury litigation firms, is seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to become a part of our growing team! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in a New York personal injury firm and must be capable of managing an active caseload and directing paralegal and support staff.

Strong case analysis, legal research and legal writing, calendar management and communication skills are required, as is a thorough knowledge of CPLR, discovery process, motion practice and court operations in all metropolitan New York counties.

• Draft motions and opposition papers, prepare and review pleadings and discovery documents, do legal research and prepare/edit other legal documents;
• Review and manage case files;
• Effectively communicate with clients, adversaries, judges and court personnel;
• Manage an extremely active caseload;
• Oversee the work of paralegals and legal assistants;

• 3+ years’ experience in a New York PI law firm
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Ability to build rapport with clients;
• Ability to conduct and utilize on‑line legal research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational and case management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, expeditiously and accurately;
• Knowledge of all New York City courts, including their procedures and requirements
• Admission to practice in New York State
