Our client, a highly regarded international law firm with a premier New York office, is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Paralegal to support its dynamic Real Estate and Finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading attorneys on sophisticated transactions in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Position OverviewThe Transactional Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of complex commercial transactions, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, asset-backed finance matters, UCC filings, and structured finance transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions, direct collaboration with respected attorneys, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in sophisticated corporate and finance matters.

- Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Prepare, review, and manage transaction documents and closing checklists
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title and survey review
- Prepare and file UCC financing statements and related searches
- Support asset-backed finance and structured finance transactions, including preparation of closing binders and organizational documents
- Coordinate closings, track deliverables, and maintain transaction databases
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, and other third parties
- Organize and maintain transaction files and post-closing documentation
