Labor & Employment Associate – New York (NYC + Surrounding Markets)

We are actively seeking Labor & Employment Associates to join leading law firms throughout New York
, with opportunities in:

• New York City (Manhattan)
• Brooklyn
• Long Island
• Westchester County
• Albany

Top regional and national firms are looking for associates with 2–6 years of experience in employment litigation and/or counseling. These groups handle sophisticated, high-exposure matters for major employers across a wide range of industries.

• Defending employers in discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims
• Wage & hour litigation (including collective and class actions)
• Drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Advising clients on compliance with NY Labor Law and federal employment statutes
• Handling matters before the EEOC and NYSDHR

• 2–6 years of Labor & Employment experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing and litigation skills
• Admission to the New York Bar
