200 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate (4–6 years’ PQE) to join its New York office. This role is ideal for a mid-level associate looking to take on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative and high-performing litigation team.
- Handling complex business and commercial litigation matters
- Active involvement in cases pending in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration
- Drafting pleadings, briefs and motions
- Managing discovery and day-to-day case strategy
- Participating in depositions, oral arguments, and trial/arbitration preparation
- 4–6 years of experience in commercial/business litigation
- Strong advocacy skills with excellent written and oral communication
- A solid academic background
- Admission to the New York State Bar
