Business Immigration Attorney

A premier global law firm is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Associate for an off-track position within their New York office. This team is part of a high-caliber practice that was recently named Law Firm of the Year for Immigration Law by US News and World Report and holds top-tier rankings in Chambers USA and Chambers Global.

The New York practice consists of 17 dedicated professionals, including 4 partners. The group includes two of the top 20 business immigration lawyers in the United States. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected team that advises an elite roster of blue‑chip companies, multinational banks, and investment funds.

The firm is looking for candidates with five to ten years of direct experience in business immigration. You must have a strong background in the following areas:

• Non-immigrant matters including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and E-3 visas.
• Immigrant matters including I-140 petitions for EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories.
• Adjustment of status applications.
• Experience in drafting PERM applications is considered a significant plus.
