Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manhattan, NY, for an Associate Immigration Attorney. The Associate Immigration Attorney will manage a variety of immigration cases, including filing petitions, drafting legal briefs, and representing clients at immigration hearings. Primary duties include client consultations, case analysis, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and procedures. The Attorney will work closely with clients from both business and individual backgrounds to deliver successful legal outcomes.

Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Immigration Issues, Visas, and Immigration Law
  • Strong understanding of Immigration and Legal Issues related to family-based petitions, business immigration, and removal proceedings
  • Exceptional research, analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing case files and preparing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission, preferably in New York State
  • Experience working in an immigration law firm or similar legal environment is highly desired
  • Commitment to providing personalized and diligent client service
