Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New York State
- Experience in family law or social services law preferred
- Strong litigation, research, and negotiation skills

- Residency in Chenango County not required (can reside in surrounding counties)

- Provide legal counsel to the Department of Social Services
- Represent the County in Family Court proceedings and administrative hearings
