A leading global intellectual property law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Content Writer to support high-impact marketing and business development initiatives.
This role is ideal for a strong legal writer with proven experience managing legal directory submissions, RFPs, and awards in a law firm or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and draft submissions for legal directories including Chambers, Legal 500, IP Stars, and similar rankings
- Manage RFP responses from strategy through submission
- Develop persuasive proposals and client-facing materials
- Draft and edit newsletter articles and thought leadership
- Prepare attorneys for directory interviews and manage referee lists
- Track submission calendars, outcomes, and process improvements
- Edit marketing materials, presentations, and pitches
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting
- Demonstrated success improving rankings through strategic directory submissions
- Strong RFP and proposal writing experience
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
