Leading firm with a national footprint is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Litigation Attorney for their Westchester, NY office. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable full-service firm that offers growth and a collegial work environment. You will manage your own caseload and work autonomously on a variety of legal matters.
Responsibilities- Manage assigned cases
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
- JD from accredited law school
- Strong research and writing skills
- 3+ years of experience
- Licensed and in good standing in NY
Base salary range 130k-170k (DOE)+ Generous Bonuses + Full Benefits + Hybrid
