Experience: At least two years of civil litigation practice experience required. Experience in nursing home collections is preferred.

All applicants must be admitted to practice law in the state of New York.

Job Duties:

• Working with an existing team to efficiently obtain payment on large debts through settlement negotiation, lawsuits, special proceedings & admin practice.
• This position is expected to take initiative with files.
• Actively participate in case strategy
• Handle cases from inception through judgment enforcement.

• Excellent writing and oral argument skills along with legal research
• Ability to recognize and respond to client preferences and demands.
