Technology Transactions Associate (3+ Years)

I'm partnering with a top-tier law firm to identify a mid-level associate (3+ years of experience) to join its market-leading Technology Transactions practice
.

This team advises on sophisticated, cutting-edge technology transactions for both high-growth startups and established public companies across technology, digital media, and consumer tech, in the U.S. and internationally. The practice works closely with the firm’s highly ranked Corporate group
, which is widely recognized for its work in startups, IPOs, and M&A within the technology and life sciences sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong law firm experience advising technology companies on a broad range of commercial and IP-driven transactions. This includes work for both early-stage startups and later-stage/public companies, as well as advising on the intellectual property and commercial aspects of M&A and other strategic transactions.

• Solid grounding in intellectual property and contract law
• Experience with complex commercial technology transactions
• Ability to collaborate closely with corporate and M&A teams
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
