Location: New York
A leading Legal Tech company based in New York is searching for an experienced In-House Contract Attorney. The successful candidate will have a J.D. and at least 4 years of experience in contract drafting within a law firm or in-house setting. Primary responsibilities include drafting and revising contracts in compliance with US law and providing input for AI-assisted tools, all while working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Excellent drafting skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
