Manhattan based Real Estate Consulting Company seeking Full Time OATH Attorney.
We are a real estate consulting company that is making waves in the real estate industry. We are constantly growing and are looking for an Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities- Attending OATH/ECB administrative hearings throughout the five boroughs (currently being done remotely)
- Researching and preparing ECB administrative violations for court appearances.
- Communicating with clients to review case files and obtain the necessary documentation.
- Creating affidavits and researching case law to best resolve violations
- Work cross functionally with a team, to communicate with your client base and ensure the customers' success and needs are being met
- Must be efficient, reliable, and responsible.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Team player
- Confidence is key
- No prior experience required but a plus if there is
