Real Estate Associate

Compensation: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) + overtime eligibility and performance bonus.

Work for a global renowned team supporting 3 senior partners who handle high‑value investment and financing transactions for institutional clients. This includes structuring complicated joint ventures, representing both buyers and sellers on major property acquisitions, and advising on disposals and redevelopment projects.

The practice also spans real estate finance assisting lenders and borrowers with senior and mezzanine loans, construction debt, preferred equity arrangements and other capital‑markets related aspects of property investment.

If you are an attorney with 3+ years of experience in general real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture and financing transactions. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.

• Legal Research:
  Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to support casework, transactions, and strategic planning.
• Legal Writing:
  Prepare clear, well-reasoned, and error-free legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
• Case/Transaction Management:
  Assist with or oversee complex cases and transactions from start to finish, including trials, negotiations, settlements, closings, and related legal activities, demonstrating sound judgment throughout.
• Client Interaction:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients by providing timely updates, guidance, and professional support.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with lawyers and business professionals to develop innovative strategies and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

  Attend and support high‑level legal proceedings, such as court hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials.
