W&P Partners is proud to partner with a rapidly scaling global AI infrastructure company. With a footprint in the U.S. and the U.K., the business is entering a critical growth phase and is seeking an accomplished Senior Legal Counsel to join its high-impact legal function.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this is a highly visible, autonomous role supporting executive leadership and driving legal strategy across the business. You’ll be advising at the cutting edge of AI infrastructure, working in a fast-paced environment where trust, independence, and reliability are essential.

You will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with enterprise customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Provide counsel across a wide range of legal topics, including commercial matters, employment issues, regulatory compliance, and contractual risk.
• Partner directly with C-suite leaders and senior business stakeholders.
• Own matters from inception to resolution, applying strong legal research and decision-making skills.
• Deliver practical, solutions-focused guidance in fast-moving situations with minimal oversight.
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor within a high-performance, mission-driven culture.

This role is remote-first with a New York hub, and candidates able to collaborate across time zones will thrive.

Experience &

Skills:

• 6+ PQE, ideally with experience across both private practice and in-house environments.
• Strong track record negotiating complex commercial transactions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities confidently in a fast-moving and high-expectation setting.
• Experience working either independently or in small teams, and comfortable taking full responsibility for work streams.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset – someone who does not need close supervision and takes ownership from day one.
• Intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders directly.
