Client seeking a Junior Associate to join our busy IP due diligence and licensing practice. Ideal candidate has experience with Acquisitions, IP Due Diligence, Licensing Transactions, Technology Transfers, and/or Technology Licensing involving patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and software matters. Group represents major players in a wide variety of industries spanning life sciences, financial services, data privacy and technology in both domestic and cross-border deals.

IP transactional experience is not required.
