Cohen & Cohen Personal Injury Lawyers, P.C. is seeking a driven and ambitious Attorney with at least 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience. This is your chance to join a top-tier team committed to maximizing client outcomes using an elite trial strategy.

• Sky-high earning potential — base salary of $175,000–$225,000, with profit-sharing on every settlement in your caseload and 1/3 of the attorney’s fee on any case you bring in.

The founder of the firm, Albert Cohen, will teach and guide you on how to maximize damages, including utilizing various experts such as life care planners, economists, and accident reconstructionists.
  
  You will be taught how to leverage these experts to maximize the outcome of the case.
• Trial‑ready training — attend elite trial schools (Keenan, Don Keenan, others), learn courtroom fundamentals—EBTs, opening statements, cross‑examination, jury selection, summations, and more, all supported with mock juries and expert feedback.
• Comprehensive resources — leverage a full support team with paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys experienced in optimizing recovery through life-care planners, economists, accident reconstructionists, etc.

• Independently manage a full personal injury caseload from intake to resolution, including depositions, motions, trials, hearings, negotiations, and settlement closings.
• Apply the Keenan “Edge” system: submit cases for expert agility review, focus group testing, and strategic refinement.
• Collaborate with experts and support staff to build compelling, high‑value arguments for injury, accident, labor law, premises liability, etc.
• Provide exceptional client care with clear, regular communication.
• Lead negotiations and leverage trial preparation to extract maximum value.

• Juris Doctor and active NY State Bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience representing plaintiffs in substantial personal injury litigation.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and tech‑savvy; proficiency with case management systems and legal research tools.
• Exceptional communication—oral, written, and negotiation.
• High‑initiative, success‑driven mindset with a passion for applying expert‑anchored strategies to increase damages.
