Real Estate Finance Paralegal - Major Global Firm

Our client, a major global law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their dynamic team.

This role offers the chance to support high-profile real estate finance transactions, including large-scale loans, equity investments, joint ventures, and complex commercial financings, working closely with senior attorneys and associates throughout the transaction lifecycle.

You will take a hands-on role in managing due diligence, reviewing title and survey materials, drafting and assisting with a range of real estate finance documents, and helping to coordinate closings and post-closing tasks. You will also perform research on New York-specific real estate matters, maintain organized transaction files, and serve as a key liaison for clients and other parties involved in the deals.

The ideal candidate brings real estate finance paralegal experience in a law firm, financial institution, or in-house legal department, with experience on large, complex transactions preferred.

Strong knowledge of New York real property laws, recording procedures, and UCC Article 9, along with expertise in managing e-document platforms, due diligence portals, and software like iManage, Excel, and SharePoint, is essential.
