Mid-Level Real Estate Associate - New York City - 4-7 years - $310,000-$405,000 salary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Associate with extensive expertise in "Dirt law" mainly leasing, conveyancing, as well as construction & development.
The firm are renowned for their top tier practice groups and are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with extensive experience to join the dynamic real estate team. It'll be an opportunity to work in a tight-knit group that offers broad training and early responsibility to Associates, as well as working directly with the Partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands-on experience in a broad spectrum of challenging matters and opportunities for client development.
The Candidate- Experienced Real Estate Associate with expertise in "dirt law" real estate transactions
- Experience in Leasing, Conveyancing, design/construction, and development
- Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to the NYC bar
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
