Position Overview

We are seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our Brooklyn-based practice with a focus on real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is genuinely interested in building a long-term career in real estate law and becoming an integral part of a growing team.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, and eager to take ownership of assignments from start to finish. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential, as this role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents, as well as advising clients through complex real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and transactional documents
  • Conduct due diligence
    , including title review and analysis of supporting documentation
  • Communicate directly with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel
  • Manage residential and/or commercial closings from contract through closing
  • Analyze legal issues and provide practical guidance to clients
  • Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents with precision and clarity
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all transactional requirements
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on more complex matters
  • Take ownership of assigned files and maintain organized case management
