Overview

Responsibilities- Handle defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft motions, conduct discovery, and engage in strategic case development
- Collaborate closely with experienced litigators in a team-oriented environment
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- NY-licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience
- Admission in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania preferred but not required
- Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
- Solid academic credentials and litigation experience
- A proactive, organized self-starter who can manage multiple matters efficiently
- A team player who values collaboration and professional growth
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000–$170,000 (commensurate with experience), plus a tiered bonus structure tied to billable hour goals. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
