We are seeking well qualified attorneys to assist a longstanding client grow its GP solutions practice with the addition of a strong corporate associate.
The team is seeking a 3rd to 4th year associate with experience in GP stakes and other complex asset management transactions. The work includes GP stakes, control and preferred equity investments, spin-outs, seed deals, and related M&A and fund and sponsor-level structuring matters. This is a highly sophisticated practice working on cutting-edge transactions for leading asset managers and sponsors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong deal experience, and the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to complex transactions, and a clear path for continued growth within a premier platform.
