Job Description- Provide expert legal advice on tax matters to a diverse range of clients.
- Assist with planning and structuring of complex financial transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents related to tax compliance and advisory services.
- Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other legal and professional teams to provide comprehensive client solutions.
- Represent clients in tax-related negotiations and disputes when necessary.
- Stay informed on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the Professional Services industry.
- Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.

TheSuccessful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant to the Professional Services industry.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 USD.
