We are looking for an experienced and qualified attorney to work with us in our insurance defense litigation firm located on the North Shore of LI in Glen Head, NY. We offer the right candidate best-in-class compensation, vacation time, ability to work remotely, medical insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and upscale and professional offices with workout area, showers and locker.
The right candidate must be able to independently handle and manage his/her own caseload, including:
- timely reporting to clients and examiners
- responding to and drafting pleadings
- preparing and responding to discovery demands
- attending court appearances and reporting on same
- taking and representing clients at depositions and reporting on same
- preparing and responding to motions
Trial experience is not required but if you have it, that fact increases compensation.
