In this capacity, the paralegal will be expected to:
- Manage all aspects of transactional due diligence for real estate finance matters, with a particular emphasis on title and survey review and analysis
- Draft, review and assist with a variety of real estate finance documents under attorney supervision
- Coordinate and facilitate complex closings, including preparation of closing checklists and post-closing deliverables
- Conduct legal and factual research on New York-specific real estate finance issues
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and third parties throughout transactions
