As an Associate on our Regulatory & Compliance team, you will apply your legal expertise to navigate complex regulatory regimes while leveraging AI agents to support client compliance programs. You will work on matters involving the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and other regulatory frameworks that apply to financial services and capital markets clients. This role combines legal acumen with innovative AI‑driven workflows to enhance precision and timeliness in regulatory analysis and client advisory work.

• Regulatory Analysis:
  Use AI agents to interpret, generate memoranda, and monitor changes to key rules, guidance, and enforcement trends.
• Compliance Support:
  Employ AI tools to assist clients in policy mapping, control testing, and reporting.
• Research Automation:
  Conduct efficient research on statutes, no‑action letters, and rule proposals through AI‑enabled document parsing.
• Client Deliverables:
  Draft memos, compliance manuals, and regulatory reports enhanced by AI‑generated first drafts and validation tools.

• Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5‑7 years in a regulatory, compliance, or financial services practice.
• Experience with securities, broker‑dealer, or investment adviser regulation preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills.
• Interest in how AI and automation transform compliance workflows.
• No prior technical AI experience required.
