Senior Corporate Attorney - Billables

Our client is seeking a mid-level Corporate Of Counsel to join its dynamic Corporate/M&A Group in NY.

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising transactional documents, such as stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition agreements, employment agreements, NDAs, limited liability company agreements, stockholders agreements, and other corporate governance documents.
• Coordinating with colleagues, clients and opposing counsel on transactions to ensure deadlines are met.

• 8+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and relationship skills, candidate will be expected to have regular contact with clients and opposing counsel.
• Positive attitude, team player, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking and expanding their skill set.

Billable Hour Requirement: 1,600 hours

Compensation: Base salary range $250,000 – $350,000 per year (plus 15% origination bonus)

Business Development Budget: $2,500+ per year

Work From Home Available?: Yes, up to 1 day per week at home permitted
