Steele Charles is delighted to be retained in supporting a highly established and internationally recognised foreign law firm with a strong presence in Manhattan, seeking to hire a talented M&A / Corporate Attorney at the 3–5 year PQE level to join its growing New York office.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate transactions, advising on:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint ventures and strategic investments
• Private equity transactions
• General corporate and commercial matters

You will work closely with partners and colleagues across multiple international offices on high-profile, complex matters.

• Admitted to the New York Bar (required)
• 3–5 years’ PQE in M&A and corporate law
• U.S. Big Law training and/or experience strongly preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience handling complex transactions and managing key aspects of deals
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
