Steele Charles is delighted to be retained in supporting a highly established and internationally recognised foreign law firm with a strong presence in Manhattan, seeking to hire a talented M&A / Corporate Attorney at the 3–5 year PQE level to join its growing New York office.

The RoleThe successful candidate will work on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate transactions, advising on:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Joint ventures and strategic investments
- Private equity transactions
- General corporate and commercial matters
You will work closely with partners and colleagues across multiple international offices on high-profile, complex matters.
Candidate Requirements- Admitted to the New York Bar (required)
- 3–5 years’ PQE in M&A and corporate law
- U.S. Big Law training and/or experience strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience handling complex transactions and managing key aspects of deals
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
