The Tax group at this firm provides pragmatic advice for a broad range of sophisticated tax issues in corporate, financial, real estate and art transactions. Strategic solutions, risk reduction and minimizing tax controversy are integral parts of their team’s value-added approach. Their broad range of experience allows them to anticipate issues arising on either side of a transaction and deliver efficient tax solutions that successfully meet their client’s goals.

They counsel domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries, from financial institutions and major real estate developers to world-renowned sports teams. They regularly advise banks, insurance companies, investment funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on tax and wealth planning matters.

• 3 to 5 years of experience handling general corporate taxation, partnership and joint venture tax, as well as New York City and State tax.
• Experience representing REITs would be of particular value.
• Excellent writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to take initiative and self-direct are of particular value to this firm.
• Must be admitted in New York State.
• $221,000 to $273,000 is the base salary range the firm reasonably expects to pay for this role. The actual base salary will depend upon the number of years out of law school, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range does not include other forms of compensation or benefits that may be offered in connection with the job.
