LHH is assisting a sophisticated law firm in NYC in its search for a Trademark Associate. An ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement. Experience with TTAB proceedings, international trademark matters, licensing, copyright and advertising matters is a plus. This firm offers extremely competitive base salary + bonuses, excellent work/life balance and a hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the NY bar
