This person will be tasked with representing clients across a broad array of matters, including independently managing litigations at the State and Federal levels, negotiating and formalizing transactions, as well as performing ongoing compliance and due diligence work.

Key

Skills:

• Litigation experience (e.g., conducting discovery, taking/defending depositions, court appearances and motion practice).

• Proficiency with eDiscovery and case management software.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Familiarity with New York Construction Law (e.g., the Lien Law, prompt payment provisions, public and private contracting) preferred.
