The Merker Group is working with a top Am Law 100 firm to find a mid to senior level attorney with relevant corporate experience to join the firm's New York office.
This firm pays top lockstep compensation and bonus.
Experience shall include:
- 4+years of experience with public and private transactions for public companies.
- Drafting and negotiating merger agreements, purchase agreements, complex joint ventures, preparing public company filings related to such transactions (8-Ks, Merger Proxies).
- Experience supervising, training and mentoring junior associates.
- Prior experience in a peer law firm.
- J.D. and outstanding academic credentials.
- Active NY Bar license.
