Summary
Meta seeks a highly experienced commercial transactions lawyer who thrives in a deadline-focused environment and can drive execution of contracts to support the network infrastructure team in the US. In this role, you will handle commercial negotiations and regulatory issues related to the development and operation of communications infrastructure that is critical to Meta’s services, business operations and AI aspirations. You will work closely with legal and cross-functional colleagues from various areas that include tax, finance, engineering and other teams to ensure our contracts are well-calibrated across relevant areas of risk and are reflective of the company’s policies and risk tolerance.

$170,000/year to $237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
