Tax Attorney-Corporate
High-end Manhattan boutique law firm with a diverse corporate tax practice is seeking an associate or counsel for a permanent position. Firm has a vibrant practice advising a diverse clientele of high-net-worth U.S. and foreign individuals and their business enterprises and charities. The right candidate has 2+ years’ experience in Biglaw or top midsized firm, including experience with IRS controversies, transactional and cross border experience;
NY Bar required;
