NYC Construction Litigation Attorney

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Maxwell Brooks is working with a sophisticated Construction Law group of a Manhattan law firm that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team.

This role will provide immediate hands-on experience with complex construction law disputes in state and federal courts with exposure to construction transactions. This is a unique opportunity to be mentored by distinguished Construction Law attorneys who are genuinely dedicated to the Associate's professional growth. QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of commercial construction litigation (not NY Labor Law) experience handling matters such as mechanic's liens, delay and breach of contract claims, among others. Experience with construction agreements is a plus. Strong research and writing skills are highly preferred. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
