Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Tort & Insurance Defense

Join the team at Cullen and Dykman LLP, a full‑service law firm serving clients since 1850. We are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate with 4+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience to join our Manhattan office.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience.
• JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.
• New York Bar Admission;
  New Jersey Bar Admission, a plus.
• Personal injury tort litigation experience.
• Immediate client contact and assumption of responsibilities.
• Trial experience is a plus but is not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong professional judgment, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.
• Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and multi‑task required.

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $85,000–$140,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
