Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Tort & Insurance Defense
Join the team at Cullen and Dykman LLP, a full‑service law firm serving clients since 1850. We are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate with 4+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience to join our Manhattan office.
Qualifications- Minimum 4+ years of experience.
- JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.
- New York Bar Admission;
New Jersey Bar Admission, a plus. - Personal injury tort litigation experience.
- Immediate client contact and assumption of responsibilities.
- Trial experience is a plus but is not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong professional judgment, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.
- Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and multi‑task required.
We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $85,000–$140,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
